About my experience: Working in the Hospitality industry since 2007, started as front desk agent in high school at the Homewood Suites by Hilton, Downtown New Orleans. A couple of years after Hurricane Katrina hit and the only in-house guests were the United Postal Service, Army Corps, Navy and FEMA. A few years later growing into and maintaining operational Hilton leadership roles, I really enjoyed the partnership side of the business. The ability to get creative during client special events and attain profitable business wins convinced me to pursue Sales and Marketing. Starting with my first independent property and a part of the Leading Hotels of the World, Le Pavillon Hotel, New Orleans.
A couple of years into sales management, I was offered an opportunity with Crescent Hotels to relocate to Sunny Isles Beach, FL and was assigned to the Newport Beachside Resort. After many successes over the years in the South Florida market covering all market segments and growing into Sales Director roles with Marriott & IHG, I am excited to bring my superlative experience to my new role as Regional Director of Sales with Dellisart.
How I would describe my management style:
Supportive team player, proactive, I lead by example, motivate, mentor and teach others when needed.

- Personal: Originally from Venezuela, raised in the united states between Miami and New Orleans. Recently relocated to beautiful Salt Lake City, Utah.
- Food: Always and will forever love seafood! Some favorite dishes are, peruvian ceviche, seafood boils, crawfish etouffee & variety of fish dishes.
- Hobby: Outdoor family activities, boxing, photography and voice over cartoon projects.
- Artist: I enjoy a variety of genres but usually go for smooth jazz or bachatas.
- TV Show: The originals, The walking dead & Locke & Key.
- Place: One of my favorite places I have to visit is Carcassonne, France. I felt the history while touring the city. I recently discovered Holbox, Mexico and would love to explore its beauty in the near future.

Alexandria
Regional Director of Sales
About my experience: Alexandria has worked in hotel sales for nearly a decade representing a variety of different properties and markets nationwide. She began her sales career with Sage Hospitality at the beautiful Westin, Westminster in Colorado and was promoted internally to represent three boutique hotels in Downtown Denver.
Moving from Colorado to Palm Beach in 2019, Alexandria spent three years selling Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa -a luxury ocean front resort. From there she successfully managed sales for four properties in Key West, which consisted of a Marriott, a Hilton and two independent hotels.
She is looking forward to the opportunity of bringing her experience and drive to Dellisart.
How I would describe my management style:
I believe in cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships, both with clients and with my team. I enjoy meeting and exceeding my goals and guiding my clients to properties and experiences that are the best fit for their needs. I believe in our industry, reputations and relationships are life long and pride myself in continuing these connections through integrity and respect.
- Personal: Born and raised in Boulder, Colorado I traded in the mountains for the ocean and relocated to beautiful Palm Beach, Florida in 2019. I still enjoy traveling between the two destinations and getting the best of both worlds.
- Food: I’m not a picky eater and enjoy trying all sorts of new cuisines and restaurants. I enjoy everything from Indian to a great steakhouse.
- Hobby: I enjoy traveling, live music, trying new cuisines and spending time with my family, boyfriend and dog. I try to take at least one vacation to somewhere I have never traveled to before.
- Artist: I enjoy a variety of music from all different genres. Listening to live music is one of my favorite things to do and I enjoy discovering new artists.
- TV Show: I prefer books to television, but lately I have been watching Ted Lasso, The Last of Us, You and Manifest.
- Place: Sri Lanka is a special travel destination for me, as that is where my mother was born. It’s a beautiful island with mountains, beaches, tea gardens, and an elephant orphanage.

About my experience: Kayla is a seasoned hotel professional with an extensive experience in hotel sales and marketing. She began her career as a Sales Coordinator for Aloft Hotel. She has worked her way up through the sales department getting promoted to the titles of Sales Manager and Director of Sales for full-service and select-service hotel brands.
Throughout her career, Kayla has demonstrated a talent for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building, and maintaining relationships with clients and exceeding sales goals.
Overall, Kayla is a highly skilled and motivated professional with a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to excellence in all aspects of her work.
How I would describe my management style:
My management style emphasizes relationship building, goal setting, and clear communication all while maintaining an atmosphere of enthusiasm and positivity. I am highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that all aspects of the sales process are executed with precision and efficiency. In addition to my focus on results and teamwork, I believe in the importance of having fun and enjoying the work that you do.
- Personal:I am originally from Philadelphia, PA, but moved to Florida when I was five years old. However, I consider myself a true Floridian as I get cold when the temperature drops below 75.
- Food:I love to try new food; but Italian food is the way to my heart!
- Hobby:I enjoy painting or any type of arts and craft project. I also love being outside and floating in the pool on my days off.
- Artist:My favorite band is Kings of Leon, but my Spotify playlist has almost every genre of music on it.
- TV Show:My favorites are Hawaii Five-O, Criminal Minds, and NCIS or any type of crime/mystery thriller.
- Place:I went on a 3-month solo trip to Scotland, Italy, and France. I absolutely fell in love with Italy and hope to return to go sightseeing throughout the rest of the country.

About My Experience:I grew up surrounded by the hospitality business and went to one of the top Hospitality programs in the country. I graduated from Collins College of Hospitality Management with a bachelor’s degree at the California Polytechnic University of Pomona in 2019. While attending college I worked in hotel operations and for a large independent resort in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. I moved to Florida and took a luxury sales position for a company called Ultimate Jet Vacations working with the top 5-star resorts around the world. I was provided the opportunity to get back into hotel sales and am excited to work as a Director of Sales for Hotel Sales Max by Dellisart.How I would describe my management style:I enjoy working with an energetic team that we can all lean on for support. I know I like to ask a lot of questions and hope others feel I am always there to assist if they have any as well. I believe in team building and allowing others to have the freedom to excel in their work without micromanaging them.Why do business with me?I like to know as much as I can about a subject so when it comes to properties and markets, I put in the work to understand and grow my knowledge. I went to an amazing hospitality program and have experience in operations and sales. I want to make sure the sales and operations teams are cohesive and can rely on each other for any situation.
- Personal: I am married, live in Greenville, SC with our Australian Shepherd Gemma. On the weekends and when we have free time, we are always with our dog taking her to parks and on walks.
- Food: I am a food connoisseur. I have been all around the US and traveled internationally to many countries. Typically, when I travel where I go is based on the cuisine they have. I love Asian cuisine, whether it be Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Malaysian, etc.
- Hobby: Spending time outside with my dog and trying new restaurants when I get a chance.
- Artist: To name a few I would say Billy Strings, Red hot Chili Peppers, The Killers, The Dead South, Post Malone, and Rex Orange Country. But I enjoy most genres of music.
- TV Show: Game of Thrones, Stranger Things, and Mind Hunter.
- Place: Sequoia National Park in California. Amazing views and huge Redwood trees.

About my Experience: Sunshine resides in Wisconsin, but traveled the country as a Military child and has lived in over 25 states. Her life in Hospitality started young as her Mother also worked in the Hotel Industry for many years.
Owning her own wildlife removal company for 20 years, she retired from that line of work and began her new adventure in Hotel sales.Sunshine started her Hospitality Sales career with Dellisart almost 15 years ago as a DOS for two Staybridge Suites in Lincolnshire and Glenview IL. She has been a Regional Sales Director for 15 years for a large portfolio of extended stay hotels and most recently was Area DOS for 2 full service properties, bringing her Hotel Sales experience to over 50 hotels in the Midwest. Working for multiple brands such as IHG, Marriott, Extended Stay America, and Best Western. Being a leader as a Director of Sales, she has trained Sales Managers and has been in Sales Task Force positions. This position brought her to many states assisting hotels in Sales efforts in order to grow RevPar and build clientele base, in addition to strengthening onsite Sales teams.
Sunshine has a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management as well as Certified Hospitality Sales Professional (CHSP) and certifications from the American Hotel Lodging Association (AHLA).
How I would describe my management style:
I enjoy working with a Team! I believe being transparent and having open communication helps to build trust within the group. I always have an “open door policy” so my team may ask questions, or I may have the opportunity to do the same. I am supportive in any way possible, and first to assist when there are questions. I also am willing to ask for assistance and learn from my Team, as I truly believe there is always something new to learn in the world of Hospitality! All in all, I am a determined woman. Work hard, play harder! There is always a mix of humor and fun within work hours, but I am a perfectionist at heart and enjoy my daily goals. I lead my Team with passion, and I do that through actions as well as words and support!

Why NOT do business with me?! I am knowledgeable in the Hospitality Sales arena, with 30 years of Sales under my belt. I have a passion to grow business as well as revenue, and to show improvements across every Sales Metric. I am always learning about my Markets, comp set, and thinking outside the box to bring new business! My goal is to work for YOU, to treat your business as if it were my own. About My Experience: Born and raised in South Central Kentucky, I have been surrounded my entire life by the many tourist attractions that surround our region. Having Western Kentucky University, Beech Bend Raceway, Mammoth Cave National Park, Barren River Lake, and many others, there are events happening year-round. I have worked on various events throughout the years and learned what travelers find important while traveling to Kentucky. With over 22 years of outside sales and management experience in cellular communications and broadcast television. I started working in hospitality with Dellisart as a dual Area Director of Sales for Hyatt Place and Staybridge Suites and later moved over to Dellisart’s Hotel Sales Max team as Regional Director of Sales.
How I would describe my management style: I like to ensure my team has the tools and resources needed to perform at their highest, allowing them to put their mark on the business. I am a numbers person, so I enjoy reviewing statistics and trends to understand where the business stands. This helps me to assist my team with understanding our struggles or obstacles and how we can overcome them to reach our goals. When all team members understand the end goals and by working as a unified team we should be successful in achieving our goals.
Why do business with me? I have been blessed over the years to be able to work with a variety of businesses from construction, manufacturing, education, and corporate businesses. I have gained a wealth of knowledge from working with different segments of businesses allowing me to understand not only the needs but also how to effectively communicate.
- Personal: My wife, Stephanie, and I have been married for over 25 years. We have two adult sons, Colton and Ethan along with our 2 dogs and 1 cat, Luna, Stormie, and Mittens.
- Food: My wife says I am a picky eater and I agree with her. However, I do enjoy a variety of cuisines including a good hamburger with fries, Mexican, Japanese, and Chinese foods.
- Hobby: My free time is spent with my family traveling, driving in the countryside, and attending car shows.
- Artist: Country music is very popular in our region since we are so close to Nashville, Tennessee. I don’t know if I have a favorite country music artist, as I do listen to different genres of music with Aerosmith being my favorite rock band.
- TV Show: Crime shows of any kind. Action, car chases, spy films, I watch them all.
- Place: Hawaii if I’m looking for a beach. Colorado, Wyoming, or Nebraska if I’m looking for peace and quiet.
