About my experience: Ewa Kempa has full revenue management responsibilities for Dellisart’s US portfolio. Mrs. Kempa brings with her over 15 years of hotel experience. Starting as a desk clerk at the Wyndham Glenview Suites and quickly moving up within the company to a Revenue Manager in 2006. Joining our Team in 2009 Mrs. Kempa created a new revenue management culture, overseeing multiple brands and standardizing pricing structure to benefit our ownership groups.
Mrs. Kempa graduated with a Certification in Business Management from Oakton Community College in Des Plaines, IL.
How I would describe my management style: Collaborative and analytical. I enjoy teaching revenue management, always trying to mentor my Team to their highest potential. My passion for my job is contagious and I make analytics fun and easy.
